販売する品種【さくら白桃】
桃のシーズン最後に出る、果肉が硬めの高糖度桃。カリカリとした歯ごたえと抜群の甘さが特徴で、糖度13度は当たり前、高い時は15度程度になります。
常温で数日おけば多少は柔らかくなりますが、基本は硬い桃で食べたほうが美味しいです。
桃の季節が終わる頃に登場する品種のため、知名度は低く、生産量も僅かしかありません。
